Check-In
Check-in is possible from 3 PM until 9 PM at our front desk. Arriving earlier? No problem—you’re welcome to drop off your luggage and go exploring, or hang out in our cozy community room with a free coffee. You can also check in online (you’ll find the link in your booking confirmation). If you do, all that’s left to do is pick up your key and maybe some local tips at reception.
Check-Out
You can check out anytime before 11 AM. Need a little more time? A late check-out is possible for a small fee. Even after check-out, we’re happy to store your luggage and invite you to relax in the community room or join us at our CaféBar (from 3 PM) until it’s time to head off.
Breakfast
In cooperation with our lovely friends at HEMPIES, we offer four fantastic vegan breakfast options (croissants, coffee, pretzel rolls, and hearty bread snacks) for €11.90. Dine in or take it to go. Just make sure to pre-order it at check-in. Your breakfast will be ready for pickup from 8 AM.
Late Check-In
Arriving after 9 PM? We recommend checking in online and then heading to our bar on the ground floor (open until at least midnight) to grab your key. If you’ll be getting here after midnight, drop us a message—we’ll set up a self check-in and send you all the info you need.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation policies depend on the rate you booked—just check your confirmation email. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution with you. However, if you don’t show up and don’t let us know, we have to charge 100% of the booking cost.
Getting Here & Parking
We're located right in the heart of the city, which has tons of perks—but cheap or free parking isn’t one of them. We recommend arriving by train or public transport. Park & Ride is a solid option too. If driving is a must, there’s a parking garage just 100 meters away.
