Mindcooking!

After Singh had smelled all the cuisines in the world, he got bored and set off on a second world tour to taste them. He travelled around the globe for a whole four years, piecing together the sensory impressions of smells and tastes. He was impressed by how both senses were able to evoke memories and how often smell and taste were worlds apart. Exhausted and happy with his sensory library in his luggage, Singh set up a kitchen at meeting spaces of “die wohngemeinschaft”, which he used for his new project: Mindcooking! Conserving resources, Singh cooked the world’s most exciting dishes in his mind and combined flavours and aromas like no one before him. In the meantime, a fan community has formed around his culinary art, and he shares his vision of mind cooking in meditation workshops lasting several days, during which people fast throughout.
